Who we are

Sage Health Platform is operated by Sage Mobile Nursing & Home Healthcare Services Limited (“Sage”, “we”). This policy covers sagehealth.group and the four care lines on it: Sage Mobile Nursing, Sage Hospital, Corporate Wellness, and Eldervue. We process personal data under Nigeria’s Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and the Nigeria Data Protection Act.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, password (stored hashed).
• Identity for clinical booking: National Identification Number (NIN) for Nigerian clients, or passport number if you live outside Nigeria. Photos are optional.
• Health information you or your clinicians record: visits, notes, medications, labs, allergies, consents, family access.
• Payment records via Paystack (card or transfer). Sage does not store full card numbers.
• Device and log data needed to keep the service secure.

Why we use it

To create your account, book and deliver care, take payment, contact you about a visit, meet clinical and legal record-keeping duties, and improve safety. We do not sell your health data. Company wellness reports for employers are anonymised workforce statistics — not named diagnoses.

Who we share with

Clinicians and ops staff on your assigned Sage service line; family members you link with an access code and consent; processors that host the app (Vercel), database (Neon), files (Vercel Blob), email (Resend), SMS (Termii when configured), and payments (Paystack). We share only what each party needs to perform that service.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where the law allows (clinical records may be retained for statutory periods). Email sagemobilehealthcare@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Security

Access is role- and organisation-scoped. New identity uploads use private blob storage. Sessions use signed cookies. This is not a claim of US HIPAA certification.
